I visited Hotel Alhaja for Thanksgiving, seeking a retreat in Puebla's downtown. Everything was delightful, but what stood out the most were the comfortable beds and the peaceful nights that followed. The staff's kindness and the central location were truly commendable. The coffee time until noon was a lovely touch. My experience was enhanced by the fabulous bed and the friendly team.
